The Performance Coach is a part-time, on-site role based in Bentonville, AR. This role is responsible for planning and leading performance training sessions for athletes and clients across various age groups and sports, using ETS training systems and methodologies. Daily responsibilities include assessing athlete needs and goals, coaching proper movement mechanics and strength and conditioning techniques, monitoring progress, and adjusting programs to optimize performance and safety. The Performance Coach collaborates with other coaches and staff to ensure a high-quality training environment, communicates clearly with athletes and families, and supports the overall mission and standards of ETS Performance. This role may also assist with program development, session scheduling, and outreach activities to enhance athlete engagement and retention.
