Working collaboratively across regions and in close partnership with key stakeholders, the Performance & Capability Lead is responsible for building, enhancing, and sustaining the skills, competencies, and performance standards required to deliver consistent, high‐quality outcomes.Accountabilities include driving capability development, supporting operational excellence, maintaining silent running through performance insights and interventions, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen both current operations and future readiness. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees. You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
