Job summary

Rebel Athletic in Carrollton, Texas is seeking a Fit Model to support product development. You’ll model garment prototypes, provide real-time feedback, and help ensure fit, comfort, and performance across cheer uniforms and athleisure.

This in-person role offers 20–40 hours per week, with both full-time and part-time opportunities, paid time off, holidays, health insurance, a discretionary bonus, and a collaborative design environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain athletic measurements: Chest 33", Waist 27", Hips 36".
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback during fittings.
• Patient and adaptable during frequent product iterations.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for product quality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in garment fit sessions and stand for extended periods.
• Provide clear feedback on fit, feel, and performance.
• Perform basic motion tests to evaluate range and comfort.
• Be photographed and measured for internal records (non-commercial use).
• Assist design team with samples and materials when not modeling.
• Maintain a professional appearance aligned with the Rebel brand.
• Work regular hours, especially during peak season (June–September).
