Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is building the technical foundation for Embodied AI data. The role focuses on perception systems, data capture, labeling pipelines, and production-grade computer vision tools within a fast-growing logistics tech environment.

You will own the early computer vision stack, design scalable data platforms, calibrate cameras, and collaborate with executives to shape the architecture and strategy for real-world AI data across large warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping production computer vision or perception systems (or a MS/PhD with 6+ years of hands-on industry experience).
• Experience building perception systems that operate on real-world, imperfect data.
• Demonstrated experience developing or scaling egocentric vision, robotics perception, autonomous systems, or AI data platforms.
• Deep expertise in computer vision fundamentals and modern tooling, including CNNs and vision transformers, object detection, depth estimation, and 3D pose estimation.

Responsibilities

• Own the early computer vision and egocentric perception stack — data capture systems, vision pipelines, model development, and the infrastructure for high-quality datasets at scale.
• Define architecture, build foundational systems, and establish standards for Stord’s Embodied AI data platform.
