Qualifications

• Experience with perception pipelines using real-time data from Radar and EO/IR.
• Strong production development in C++ and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers working on perception and perception autonomy projects.
• Oversee perception pipelines for EO/IR and Radar; expand to Acoustics, RF, and Sonar as needed.
• Lead integration of pre-trained models into production perception pipelines.
• Ensure high-quality, robust software for real-world deployment on hardware components.
