Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing for LVN or LPN.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Current State LVN/LPN license; CPR; driver's license and proof of auto liability.
Responsibilities
- Administers skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
- Coordinates care with the multi-disciplinary team and families.
- Documents patient status and nursing interventions in a timely manner.
- Maintains infection control and patient safety.
