Carbon Health in the Berkeley/Novato region is seeking per diem Urgent Care clinicians (PA/NP) to join our nationwide network. You will provide patient-centered urgent care, perform assessments, order tests, and collaborate with a high-performing clinical team.

This per diem role offers flexibility with growth opportunities, access to CarbyOS and AI tools, and potential transitions to part-time or full-time when available.

Formación

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
• DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to start date.
• BLS certification: Must be obtained before first day.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (wound closures, I&Ds, splint applications).
• Collaborate with peers and specialists to improve patient outcomes.
• Triage and manage patients to maintain smooth clinic flow.
