Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to individuals for appointments, employment, and community activities.
• Interact with individuals respectfully and professionally at all times.
• Maintain safety and well-being of those served.
• Document required paperwork and logs in a timely manner.
• Communicate issues to supervisor; participate in trainings and meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality per policy and laws; report concerns as needed.
• Flexible to schedule changes; assist with daily routine when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
