Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist, Per Diem to deliver high-quality behavioral health services at the Onsite Sisters Clinic in Colorado Springs. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults and adolescents.

This role requires independent Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and offers free clinical supervision hours to support licensure. PRN coverage with a minimum of 8 hours per month is expected.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Independent state licensure in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
  • Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associates per organizational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans for cohesive care.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
  • Complete suicide risk assessments within established time frames.

Title: Clinical Therapist, Per Diem

Department/Location: Onsite Sisters Clinic

FLSA Status: Non - Exempt

PRN Expectations:PRN Therapists are expected to work a minimum of8 hours per month. Primary responsibilities will include providing coverage forgroup therapy; however, there may be occasions whenindividual (1:1) session supportis needed based on client needs and clinical presentation.

*Independent licensure in the state of Colorado required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). Please note that we are unable to provide clinical supervision for Associate Licensed Therapists in this per diem position. Will work with both the adult and adolescent population.

Role Summary:

The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure.

  • Conduct psychologicalandbiopsychosocialassessments and evaluations todetermineclients' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plansto create a cohesive case conceptualization.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensiveandcontinuityofcare.
  • Completes suicide risk assessment within identifiedtime framesand withappropriate thoroughnessand scoringwhile consulting with clinical leaders.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsdetermininglength of stay and level of care.
  • Assess andidentifycommunity resources based onclientsneeds during treatment/ aftercare planning.
  • Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issueswhile building supportive and trusting relationships
  • Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high-quality care.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

Required Qualifications :

  • A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • ValidIndependentstate licensurein the state applicable(Addappropriate acronyms)
  • If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state-specific supervisory requirements.
  • Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Pay Range

$38.70 - $51.42 USD
