Job summary

Qualifications

• CTRS certification OR California Recreation Therapist Certificate (RTC) is required.
• HeartSaver AED training within 60 days of hire/transfer.
• Knowledge of related treatments.

Responsibilities

• Plans individual treatment following physician's orders.
• Develops and implements patient recreational activity programs.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintains surveillance of environmental conditions within therapy services area.
• Assists in the development of policies, procedures, and budget.
• Assists with orientation of new employees.
