Requirements include CST and BLS certifications and relevant experience in the surgical environment. This position emphasizes patient safety and sterile technique while working within HCA facility

Qualifications

• CST and BLS certifications are required.
• Minimum 1 year in specialty for RNs; 6 months Allied experience.
• Degree in the corresponding specialty as required; certifications for the specific position.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team during procedures and maintain sterile field.
• Prepare and arrange instruments and supplies for surgery.
• Monitor patient safety and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques.
