Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• 2+ years of OR experience (outpatient/ambulatory preferred).
• Experience in high-volume case settings (ortho, GI, pain, general).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Ensure proper handling of surgical equipment and supplies.
• Perform instrument, sponge, and sharps counts according to policy.
• Support turnover between cases to maintain efficient case flow.
• Adhere to all infection control and safety standards.
