Qualifications

• Provides basic patient care under supervision of RN.
• Assists with bathing, feeding, and taking vital signs.
• Reports observations to RN promptly.

Responsibilities

• Prepares unit and patient rooms for receiving patients.
• Assists with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Makes frequent patient rounds for monitoring.
