Job summary

University of California, Irvine Health seeks a Speech Pathologist to provide therapeutic management of speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders, including evaluation, treatment planning, interventions and discharge planning.

Responsibilities include working within a large academic health system and coordinating care across clinics and campus offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Speech Pathology.
• If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement.
• Demonstrated experience providing speech therapy to a diverse group of patients.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to travel to clinics, and other campus offices as determined by patient and scheduling needs.
