Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a per diem role serving Health at Home - VNA Rehab in Fall River, MA and surrounding towns, with travel to Rhode Island as needed.

Under general supervision, you will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, and related disorders. A Master's in Speech Language Pathology, CCC-ASHA, and MA/RI licensure as required are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• CCC-ASHA certification required.
• Massachusetts licensure required; Rhode Island licensure may be needed depending on geography.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat and help restore speech language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, fluency and related disorders.
• Provide home health speech therapy services in Fall River, MA and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Department and follow clinical guidelines.
