Job summary

Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center in Boston, MA is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehab team. You will plan, develop, and direct therapy services in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Must hold an active state license (or be eligible) and have a degree in Speech-Language Pathology (M.A./M.S.). CCC or CFY eligibility is preferred. Per diem schedule offers flexible hours and a supportive environment focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have an active state license or license eligible.
• M.A. or M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited college; CCC or CFY eligible.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct speech therapy services per guidelines for the facility.
• Maintain and complete accurate documentation, department records and reports.
• Initiate referrals per department procedures.
• Screen residents regularly to determine intervention need; communicate findings.
• Ensure effective communication regarding ST programs.
• Maintain commitment to professional growth and quality care.
