Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem in the Coralville area. The role focuses on evaluation and treatment of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders within a Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care setting.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, possess an active state license, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
