Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a per diem role. The position includes occasional weekday coverage, with no weekend requirements, and an emphasis on collaboration with PT/OT teams.

Candidates must have CCCs, ASHA certification, state licensure, and at least 1 year of licensed experience. Compensation ranges from $55 to $65 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Meet ASHA minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure required
• ASHA certification is required
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
• High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
• Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
