Job summary

Chelsea Retirement Community in Chelsea, MI, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our 5-Star care team on a per diem basis. You will diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency impairments as part of in-house rehab services across SNF, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living.

Work on a beautiful 58-acre campus with a history of excellence in senior care. Regular weekend coverage is expected; a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with minimum hours per agreement.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency impairments as part of in-house rehab services.
• Work across SNF, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in the facility's rehab program.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' communication needs.
