Caring Hand Home Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work directly with patients and families in their homes in California. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver speech therapy to improve communication and quality of life within a supportive clinical team.

This per diem role offers a flexible schedule, potential to convert to full-time based on performance, and a per-visit rate of $150. Join a family-oriented organization focused on compassionate home health care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Californian SLP license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical SLP experience.
• Current CPR certification with AHA.
• Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans to address speech and language deficits.
• Deliver speech therapy using specialized techniques and equipment, and recommend communication devices when needed.
• Partner with referring physicians and the care team to ensure integrated, patient-centered treatment.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and goals.
• Participate in case conferences and care coordination meetings.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation per organization policy.
• Stay current in speech-language pathology practice and theory.
• Perform other duties as required for patient services.
