Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Sonography Technologist for the Radiology Department at Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey. The role requires varied shift work, including weekends and on‑call duties.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams using GE and Siemens equipment across general, breast, OB, pelvic, vascular, and interventional procedures, collaborating across outpatient, inpatient, and ED settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• ARDMS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations using GE and Siemens equipment.
• Conduct general ultrasound, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, breast, OB, pelvic, and vascular exams.
