Job summary

Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Elizabethtown, New York. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor residents' progress to ensure effective therapy.

Responsibilities

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on evaluations, treatment, and progress.
• Observe and assess progress & prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members.
