Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab unit in Brattleboro, VT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with the rehab team to support resident independence.

Candidates must hold a current SLP license or be license-eligible in Vermont and CCC credentials. Proficiency with electronic documentation and MS Office is required; balancing flexible hours is valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible; CCC required.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours and able to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities
