Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking a School Nurse (LPN) to provide service and 1:1 care with medically fragile students at Waterbury, CT schools for the 2026-2027 year.

Per-diem and ongoing schedules are available with normal school hours and a starting rate of $40+ per hour. Responsibilities include administering medications and taking vitals under supervision of the lead RN, with possible duties on bus runs or field trips.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
• Current in person CPR.
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal.
• Must be able to provide current medical/health documents including physical, TB test, and vaccines as requested.

Responsibilities

• Medical: administer medication and take vitals under supervision of lead school RN.
• Contact parents or guardians if necessary.
• May include assisting medically fragile children on bus runs or field trips by monitoring vitals and administering medication.
