Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking an RN to join a balance-focused wellness setting in Southern California on a per diem basis. This role starts with a $45/hour base pay and can grow to $55/hour during the first six months through our pay guarantee, with unlimited earning potential via tips.

You will cover Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos and Solana Beach, plus on-call shifts, delivering IV therapy and patient care in a brand-new clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities.
• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic.
