Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a per diem RN to administer IV vitamin therapy and injections, build relationships with patients, and lead the Wellness Coordinator team during shifts. The role emphasizes wellness over burnout and offers flexible scheduling across CA locations.

You’ll join an opening clinic, enjoy base pay of $45/hour with guaranteed earnings up to $55/hour during the first six months, and have potential to earn tips. A California RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• BSN or accredited nursing diploma is required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities.
• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic.
