Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care at 3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. The RN will work rotating shifts in a per diem schedule, coordinating with physicians, staff, and families to ensure high-level care.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree from an accredited school, BLS certification, and PA RN license (or multi-state compact). Experience in a clinical specialty is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Experience 1 year in area of clinical specialty - Preferred
• Basic Life Support - Required
• PA Registered Nurse License - Required
• Multi State Compact RN License

Responsabilidades

• Assembles, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under physician direction.
• Nurses collaborate with patients and families and care teams to tailor patient care.
• Directs nursing support staff in accordance with standards and policies.
• Adheres to professional education, training or certifications as required by specialty area.
