Job summary

This position offers an hourly rate of $28.11 with a 12-hour shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working once per week. The RN will collaborate with a rehab-focused care team and make a meaningful impact on patient recovery.

Ideal candidates will have an RN degree, an active license in New Mexico, BLS certification, and clinical experience in nursing facilities. Skills in wound care, medication administration, and EMR systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in SNF, rehab, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Implement care plans alongside physicians, therapists, and CNAs.
• Assist residents with ADLs and promote mobility.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and infection control compliance.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
