Job summary

Denver Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in the Denver, Colorado area, part of Ernest Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse per diem to join a warm, patient-focused rehab team providing therapies and comprehensive care.

The nurse will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care on the inpatient unit, collaborating with physicians and therapists to restore function and comfort for patients recovering from strokes and other injuries.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One year recent experience preferred in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit. The role includes patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore function.
