Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and guidance to caregivers, ensuring high-quality care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, and revise care plans as necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with caregivers and clients.
• Provide education and training to caregivers on medical protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and families to ensure open, timely information exchange.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, progress, and concerns.
