Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join the team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, TN. You will provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The RN works under the Director of Nursing and nursing supervisor to identify, assess and respond to physical, psychological and social needs of patients in a secure, structured setting.

Qualifications

• TN RN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients.
• Work under Nursing Director/Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess and respond to physical, psychological and social needs.

Skills

Tennessee RN license
