Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain participant confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and ongoing participant evaluations.
• Monitor medical conditions and report changes to physicians and family.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participant records.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Monitor infection prevention and control practices.
• Educate participants and caregivers regarding health conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, therapists, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and policies.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nursing Director/Administrator.
