Job summary

WE LEVEL UP is seeking a Registered Nurse for a per diem position in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on high-quality patient care with comprehensive assessments, planning, and evaluation of nursing care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting progress, and collaborating with physicians and other professionals to ensure coordinated care. Requires BSN, current RN license, CPR, and 2+ years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current and valid RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with patient assessment and care planning.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
