Job summary

Rochester Regional Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Unity Living Center in Rochester, NY. This per diem role offers responsibilities across patient care, planning, and documentation within a 120-bed skilled nursing setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, providing specialized care for patients with complex needs, while advancing your clinical skills through short-term rehabilitation experiences and IV therapy, under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and service; perform nursing processes in collaboration with the care team.
• Plan and document individualized care plans; communicate patient status and progress.
• Demonstrate proficient use of an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Adhere to department and system protocols, regulations and education requirements.
