Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) at Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover, Maryland. The role involves delivering holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications include Maryland RN license, PPD documentation, CPR/BLS certification, and ability to obtain security clearance. Prior nursing experience is not required; shift is PRN.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license in Maryland.
• Must show/obtain PPD documentation for tuberculosis screening.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR/BLS.
• Prior nursing experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON/Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.
