Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license and BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in outpatient/primary care or health center setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks/priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement the plan of care for complex patients.
