Job summary

IQVIA seeks an RN Clinical Educator for a per-diem role to educate nurses and physicians on infusion pump systems used in Oncology and Critical Care. The position centers on in-servicing and education, with travel required regionally and nationally.

You will train clinical staff, assess education needs, report outcomes, and support successful device implementations while remaining free of bedside care duties. RN license and oncology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree (Associates required, Bachelor's preferred)
• Active and Unrestricted RN license
• Oncology experience of at least 2 years preferred
• Leadership experience can be helpful but not required
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally
• Duties may require vaccination per client requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations
• Assess customer-specific education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience
• Utilize clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device
• Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to client during and after in-service assignments
