Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• NYS current RN licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical RN experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates follow-up appointments in a timely manner.
• Manages referrals to specialists and coordinates with community resources.
