Job summary

Hydration Room is hiring an RN in Oceanside, CA to administer IV vitamin therapy and injections in a modern wellness clinic. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling with a 8:00 AM–8:00 PM window and opportunities to lead the Wellness Coordinator team while delivering outstanding patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a CA RN license, BLS, and a BSN or accredited nursing diploma, with a preference for 1+ year of related experience, and a passion for exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that naturally drives gratuities.
• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic.
