Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine Naperville is seeking a Registered Nurse for days and overnights at our Naperville residential program for adolescents seeking treatment for eating disorders.

The RN will perform nursing assessments, monitor patients, administer medications, coordinate with physicians, and participate in the Master Treatment Plan to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Valid RN licensure in Illinois (or multi-state license).
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission procedures and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital signs, patient assessments, and documents findings.
• Monitors patient progress and participates in weekly consultations with providers.
• Facilitates safe self-administration of medications after discharge.
• Coordinates medication placement and MAR updates; assists with pharmacy access.
• Collects laboratory specimens and communicates results to the medical team.
