Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing theories, principles and concepts typically gained with a Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey is required.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• As of January 2019, BLS/ACLS/PALS must be through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with the Department of Nursing to support unit goals and patient outcomes.
