Job summary

Chattanooga Endoscopy ASC LLC is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to work Monday through Friday, collaborating with staff and physicians to perform a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, assisting the physician during procedures, and caring for patients in recovery.

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold a current RN license, maintain BLS and ACLS certifications with hands-on skills, and have at least two years of RN

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certifications per American Heart Association (including hands-on skills).

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for procedures and assists physician during procedures.
• Provides care for patients in recovery.
• Assists with pre-testing phone calls.
• Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
