Regency Hospital - Florence is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join as a Per Diem/PRN staff in Florence, SC. The role focuses on evaluating patients and delivering respiratory care for those with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.

Benefits include a $5,000 sign-on and flexible PRN shifts from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. An active NBRC credential, BLS, ACLS and state licensure are required to start.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NBRC CRT or RRT credential.
• Graduation transcript or diploma, GED acceptable.
• BLS certification by start date.
• Current state licensure required.
• ACLS required upon hire for agency RT on first shift.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating patients and recommending an appropriate treatment plan.
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex conditions.
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Teaching and counseling patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
