Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Port Huron, MI seeks a Registered Nurse for per diem shifts in the 4 S Surgical E department. You will deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team to maintain standards of practice.

This role requires Michigan RN license and BLS certification; you will plan, implement and evaluate patient care, while ensuring patient/family centered care and adherence to hospital policy.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current Michigan RN license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
