Job summary

Sevita's NeuroRestorative division in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse - Per Diem to provide nursing services and support for individuals with complex needs. The role involves medical assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to design and monitor care plans.

Ideal candidates will hold a state RN license and have CPR/First Aid certification, with at least one year of experience working with medically complex individuals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• One year experience with medically complex individuals.
• Current state RN license; CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the medical assessment of each individual referred to the program and collaborates with Intake staff to determine placement in the community.
• Develops and implements service plans and supervises medical components of the plan.
• Administers medications and documents administrations.
• Maintains medical records and reports current and complete per standards, including MARs and physician orders.
• Maintains contact with primary care physicians and specialists; attends doctor visits when directed.
• Participates in on-call system as needed.

Education
