Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Staff Registered Nurse for the Ambulatory Hematology Oncology clinic on a per diem basis in Burlington, MA. The RN will be responsible for the plan of care, with authority to make decisions, and will coordinate care across the continuum in an ambulatory setting.

Requirements include a Massachusetts RN license, BLS certification, and BSN preferred. Hematology Oncology experience is strongly preferred, with compensation reflective of a per diem

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and MA RN license.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Plan of care: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate and facilitate care across the continuum with clinical leadership.
• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in ambulatory hematology/oncology settings.

The Staff registered Nurse: Ambulatory is held accountable for decisions specific to assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the plan. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
