Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Inc. is seeking per diem Registered Nurses to provide nursing and health care services to clinicians and patients across multiple sites in Lawrence, MA.

The role emphasizes strong nursing knowledge, patient education and safe immunization administration. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program with MA RN license and current BLS certification; bilingual Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current MA RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekend coverage.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing visits, assessments, evaluations and patient education.
• Safely administers and documents immunizations and medications.
• Reviews lab results and determines next steps for care.
• Triages walk-in patients and patients over the phone.
• Provides wound care treatment.
• Oversees ordering and inventory of medication and vaccines.
• Conducts vision screenings.
• Follows OSHA standards and ensures safe clinical environments.
• Manages quality control of vaccine fridges, crash cart and oxygen equipment.
