You will assess, plan, and deliver patient care across physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide direct treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and revise care plans accordingly.
Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in unit-based decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have graduated from a nursing specialty training program and demonstrate a commitment to safety, evidence-based practice, and patient satisfaction.

Work requires a minimum of 24 hours of availability per schedule, including weekends or holidays, with a minimum of 8 hours on a weekend or alternate shift.
