Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, food & nutrition, or related field.
• Successful completion of supervised practice in dietetics approved by ACEND.
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with CDR or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Licensed Dietitian with Oregon Board of Licensed Dietitians or ability to obtain upon hire or after RD/RDN status.
• Preferred: 2 years of RD experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts nutrition assessments to evaluate dietary habits, medical history, and health status.
• Develops individualized nutrition care plans, including dietary modifications and therapeutic interventions.
• Provides nutrition education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Provides group nutrition education to promote disease prevention and lifestyle modification.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to integrate nutrition care into treatment plans.
• Monitors progress and adjusts dietary plans as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, food & nutrition, or related field

Master’s Degree preferred
