Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved radiologic technology school.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Responsibilities

• Adjust technical factors for pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
• Assist Radiologist with fluoroscopic procedures.
• Perform daily Quality Control tests on equipment.
• Maintain supplies and cleaning x-ray rooms.
• Participate in emergency management planning and drills.

Ability to adjust technical factors for pediatric patients

Understanding of procedures for adolescent patients

Ability to adapt procedures for geriatric patients

Assisting Radiologist with procedures

Quality Control in equipment

Troubleshooting equipment issues

Maintaining supplies

Knowledge of DR System and PAC
